Our Mission Statement:

Our mission is to practice and propogate living a healthy and vibrant spiritual life. Through our varied efforts, we seek to make our planet a better place with greater respect for the feminine dimension, the sacredness of our bodies and our planet. 

The meaning of "Guha", our company name:

Guha is an ancient Sanskrit term for that secret space in the heart that the Upanisads describe as "smaller than the smallest atom yet greater than the vastest spaces." It is that mysterious place in which we find our true self and in which we discover ourselves in the Divine. 

Our Products:

Our company, Guha Soulworks LLC, is dedicated to offering quality events, services and products—books, CD's and DVDs. We offer events —workshops, retreats and pilgrimages— based on our publications. The purpose behind our products is to improve quality of life and to enhance health through the development of spiritual awareness. 

The Yoga of Sound:

Our spiritual practice is based on The Yoga of Sound, a term that brings together thousands of years of rich tradition grounded in yoga, music, mantra and meditation. We believe that the power of chant and music, particularly within the context of yoga and meditation, is the future of a fulfilling lifestyle, regardless of our tradition. 

Our Events:

Through our workshops and retreats, concerts and lectures, we raise awareness on the value of spiritual practice in everyday life and we share powerful and practical methods on how this can be accomplished. 

Our Pilgrimage

Each year, we take with us, a group of spiritual seekers deep into the heart of Southern India, our spiritual motherland. Here, we engage in a chanting pilgrimage and meditation retreat in some of the most sacred spaces that have touched our lives and our hearts. It is without doubt  the most life-transforming process we can offer anyone.
