Russill Paul offers the authentic tradition of mantra recitation, presenting the full scope of its transforming power to the western yoga practitioner and spiritual seeker in a manner that is easy to understand. He provides the workshop attendee or retreatant with the rich and authentic sounds of Indian chant yet blending it with contemporary instrumentation and world class musicianship so that it is readily accessible, enjoyable and effortless. What is unique to Russill Paul is his unusual background of being the combination of a Benedictine monk and yogi who has studied Sankrit chanting and Indian music through traditional methods in the great temple cities of India. 	Chanting into the Light: Self-transformation through Sound Our voice is the barometer of our soul, indicating all its conditions, both hidden and obvious. During this course, we shall explore how to read the voice and how to develop the three conditions of the spiritual voice - wisdom, beauty and power.
	The Yoga of Sound: Healing and Enlightenment through Mantra Every spiritual practitioner and yogi should have a reasonably good working knowledge of mantras and understand the full scope of their applications in yoga practice. Why? Because the study of mantras is as important to yoga as mathematics is to physics.
	Journeying with the Chakras: Sexual Energy and Mysticism During this course we will, through various exercises and discussions, explore the gnostic tradition of Tantra and its methods of working with energy through sound as we examine the Chakra System and its relevance for our times.
	The Ecstasy of Chant: Gettin’ High on Mantra Apart from expecting the trance-like chanting of mantras in classic meditation postures, you should come prepared to dance, hang loose and move freely to mantra-stompin’ chant during this fun-filled yet insightful program.
	A Holistic Vision of the Sacred: Hindu Cosmology and Mysticism The purpose of this course is to help us recover a holistic sense of the sacred in our lives and in our universe by studying the Hindu understanding of the relationship between sound and consciousness in the Vedic, Tantric and Bhakti traditions.
	The Marriage of East and West: Exploring the Hindu-Christian Dialog The objective of this course is to engage in the inter-spiritual connections between Yoga and mystical Christianity whilst exploring deep levels of consciousness through Eastern meditation practices such as mantra and yoga.
	Jesus in the Lotus: Rediscovering Christian Prayer through Yoga For thousands of years, India has been preoccupied with prayer and meditation, devising innumerable and innovative methods of concentration through yoga postures, breathing practices, chanting and sacred movement. You don’t have to be Hindu to be a yogi!
	Christ in India: Enriching Christian Faith through Eastern Spirituality During this course, we will explore Christian spirituality through the perspective of the Indian spiritual tradition, seeking to enrich our faith, inner experience and the message of the Gospel without compromising the substance of the Christian tradition.
	Awakening the Mystic Heart: An Inter-Spiritual Retreat The Mystic Heart is a metaphor for the spiritual heart, the heart of our soul, so to speak. To get in touch with our mystic heart is to come in direct contact with the heart of God, the divine pulse that lovingly creates and holds all things in existence.
	One World, One Heart: Discovering Global Unity through Chant Chant heals! Come prepared to liberate your voice and dance your prayers to rich musical accompaniment.
