Dear friends:
As this New Year opens with limitless possibilities for
each one of you, I pray that the Spirit bless you
abundantly with the gifts you need to realize your dreams
and goals. May it be a special year of all of us in which
loving relationships are nurtured, drawing us closer to
those who mean much to us, that we understand them more
deeply, accept them more lovingly and learn to give to them
more meaningfully.

MAR 11 - 12: NASSAU BAHAMAS - ON THE WINGS OF ECSTASY
During the tsunami last year, I had my first experience of
this amazing yoga community on the white sands of Nassau’s
glorious beaches. Each year, they bring together a group of
musicians, scientists and spiritual teachers for
spectacular yoga retreats, and I am glad to return and be a
part of their first Interfaith Devotional Singing and
Sacred Dance Festival. For more information

MAR 17 - 18: DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA - A JOURNEY INTO SACRED
SOUND (WORKSHOP AND CONCERT)
The weekend will focus on Sound Healing: understanding and
implementing the hidden spiritual power in speech, chant
and music. I will be assisted by a phenomenal musician,
Richard Brookens (www.yellowbellmusic.com). The retreat is
organized by Laura Di Bello, a professional opera singer
who has now made healing chant and music her vehicle of
consciousness. It will be held at the Duncan Conference
Center, a serene facility in the middle of a pine forest.

APR 08 - 09: TUSCON, AZ - TRIANGLE OF EMPOWERMENT
CONFERENCE
The Inner Connection is one of the best conference
producers in North America bringing together artists,
scientists and visionaries who are shaping the spiritual
consciousness of human evolution into this new millennium.

APR 14 - 16: LENNOX, MA - CHANTING IN THE CAVE OF THE HEART
Kripalu Yoga and Health Center in the heart of the
Berkshires is now one of the leading holistic centers for
yoga and Ayurveda in the U.S. Dovetailing on the success of
my Easter Chanting retreat in 2005, this special weekend of
“Chanting into the Light” is being offered again. I can’t
think of a more wonderful way to spend some of the most
holy days of the Christian calendar - chanting mantras.
This is special opportunity for both Christians as well as
non-Christian yogis to use their voice for spiritual
transformation, which is what the resurrection is all

APRIL 24 - 28: OAKLAND, CA - JOURNEYING WITH THE CHAKRAS
As part of the requirements for a Doctor in Ministry Degree
through Wisdom University, this Intensive on Sound Yoga
will specifically addresses practices related to the chakra
system and will be offered to compliment daily morning
seminar by Catharine A Kopac, Ph.D., a geriatric nurse
practitioner and an associate professor in the School of
Nursing and Health Studies at Georgetown University in
