After our month long retreat and pilgrimage in South India
this winter, I start my spring calendar in the Bahamas in
early March. I offer a weekend Sound Yoga in collaboration
with ecstatic devotional drummer, Ajay Sharma, who will
also be with me at Kripalu later in the month. The
Sivananada Yoga Retreat in Nassau, Bahamas, was founded by
Swami Vishnudevananda 40 years ago. The ashram is an
absolutely gorgeous location, right on the white sand
beaches of Paradise Island, with turquoise ocean water and
spectacular sunsets.
MARCH 14 - 16: DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA
I return to charming Delray Beach in Florida to present a
rich series of events sponsored by extraordinary singer and
sound healer: Laura di Bello starting with this weekend in
the beautiful labyrinth chapel of the Duncan Center. I

For Easter, I return to Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health
for my annual Easter Retreat: Putting the East Back in
Easter. As millions of Christians have discovered, there is
great power in the East, through the practices of yoga and
meditation and through the great philosophical teachings of
the Upanisads. However, are they compatible with Christian
faith and Christian experience? This weekend explores the
possibilities.
