Last month, I shared with you the effectiveness of two syllable mantras. This month, I invite you to relax your face and observe the delicate sensation of breath in the nostrils. This is a wonderful way to relax the mind and the face, which, when relaxed can help us identify tension. It is okay to feel little twitches. Use them as an indicator to relax even more.

This clip is part of the expansion of our offerings through our Yogic Mystery School though video blogs that share everyday applications of spiritual techniques and concepts being learned. The main component is the core curriculum that students receive in the form of CD/DVD/Printed Text. The second is supplemental curriculum presented on line that expands upon the core curriculum. The third component of everyday applications is what we are adding this year. As I have mentioned, we are very excited about this program, how it is growing and how it is serving those who are engaged with the curriculum.

In the next four weeks, we will be continuing to accept applications for our summer program season beginning in June. If you are interested, please see my interview with one of our students who I met up with in New York a few weeks ago at my Open Center workshop. She has been with the program for a year and shares her experience of the process on video cam.

NOTTINGHAM COMMUNITY CHURCH, NOTTINGHAM, NEW HAMPSHIRE

Ben Fowler, the minister, who is also a musician and spiritual teacher, brings together a great group of musicians from the area and we make beautiful music and chant in this charming little church in beautiful New Hampshire. During this weekend, we will explore how sound can be used for spiritual and therapeutic purposes in our personal and spiritual lives.

This event is also a reunion for Yogic Mystery School students and our India Pilgrims.
